Thermal Spray System

Plasma spray, a high frequency arc is ignited between anode and cathode. The gas flowing through is ionized creating a plasma plume of temperature more than 16000º C. Spray almost any powdered materials. Spray materials: Metals Alloys, Ceramic Powders, Cermets, Tungsten Carbides, and Chrome Carbides.

HVOF Spray System

High Velocity oxygen - fuel spray (HVOF), uses a supersonic jet design spray gun to propel materials at very high speed (700 m/s), resulting is a hard dense, porous-free coating characteristics. Spray materials: Metals, Alloys, Tungsten Carabides, Chrome Carabides, and Self Fluxing Powders.

Arc Spray System

Arc spray process, an arc formed by contact of two oppositely changed metallic wires, this leads to melting of the wire material. Spray materials:
Aluminum, Zinc, Stainless Steel, Copper, Bronze, and Ni Alloys.

Flame Spray System

Flame Spray process, the wire or powder spray material is melted in a gaseous oxygen-fuel flame.Spray materials: Aluminum, Zinc, Stainless Steel, Copper, Bronze, Ni Alloys, Mo, and Ceramic Powders.

Wire & Powders

We have more than 600 types of thermal spray & brazing material to choose for.(Please refer to stock list for some common materials)
